When Sir Isaac Newton was congratulated on his groundbreaking discoveries in physics and mathematics, he gave credit to the scholars before him, saying, “If I have seen farther it is because I have stood on the shoulders of giants.” This reminds us of the thousands of listeners who have supported KMFA with gifts both small and large in the past. Today the gifts from KMFA listeners are able to do so much because they stand on the shoulders of all that past generosity. And one of the fastest growing groups of contributors who protect and advance the investments of the past is KMFA’s Masters’ Circle. They give gifts of $1,000 or more on an annual basis to demonstrate how much they value the classical music programming on KMFA 89.5.
