Prelog’s guests wanting to learn more about Lehman’s through-the-ages cocktails can partake in his weekly intimate Saturday Cocktail Classes ($25 per person), during which Lehman educates guests in depth on the three featured cocktails, as well as bar etiquette and how to put a home bar together.

Guests can enjoy the three through-the-ages cocktails of the month, served alongside Chef Florian Prelog’s perfectly paired European snacks, and even get to take home a featured cocktail glass and some new bartending skills.
