La Follia Austin Baroque wants to tell you a story. Several, actually. About how Telemann tilts at windmills with Don Quixote, and Marin Marais has an operation, and J.S. Bach says goodbye to a loved one who's off on a journey.

The concerts take place January 7 & 8, 2017 at First Presbyterian Church on Mesa Drive in Austin, and also include 'Winter' from Vivaldi's Four Seasons, Biber's Battalia, and The Musical Sleigh Ride by Leopold Mozart. Soloists include Stephen Redfield, violin; Stephanie Raby, viola da gamba; and Keith Womer, harpsichord.

Host Sara Schneider sat down with Artistic Director Keith Womer, who gives us a brief overview of the program, with musical examples!
