KMFA is the proud media sponsor of Golden Hornet’s third String Quartet Smackdown, a bracketed tournament-style competition using original string quartet compositions submitted by composers from around the world. Sixteen finalist compositions will be performed by The Mother Falcon String Quartet. The competition is on Saturday, January 28 at 7:00pm at Alamo Drafthouse - South Lamar.
