About

Hear ye, hear ye! Austin Girls’ Choir’s annual Madrigal Dinner will be held Saturday, March 4 from 6-8 p.m. at the Parish Hall of the Episcopal Church of the Resurrection (2008 Justin Lane, Austin 78757)!
The fun and family-friendly musical dinner theater production includes an era-appropriate supper, lots of madrigal songs, and a clever play! In this year's story, Duke Edmund comes home from Parliament to discover that one of his daughters may become the next Queen! Share in his dilemma as enlightened noble ladies exercise logic and assert their rights!
Menu: Roasted Chicken and Spring Potatoes, Haricots Verts, Rustic Breads, and . . . totally illogical dessert treats! Guests may imbibe iced tea or lemonade.
You are welcome to dress in Elizabethan attire if you wish, or just come Austin casual. Seating with fanfares and heraldic presentation occurs 6-6:30p.m. during the pre-show concert. Play begins at 6:30 p.m., with dinner served during the event.
