About

The Mother Falcon Music Lab is throwing its annual scholarship fundraising event!

The Mother Falcon Music Lab (MFML) is a summer program enabling musicians aged 11-18 to write music on their own and perform an original song within multi-instrumental bands which feature both symphonic and rock band instruments. The curriculum teaches campers to be creative with the skills they already have, helping them to define their own voice while learning to work as a team.

The event will raise funds for the Moser Maternal Music Fund, which provides full and partial need-based scholarships to young musicians who wish to attend the MFML camp.

Since its inception in 2012, MFML has actively done outreach in communities in need to bring this opportunity to up to 50% of its participants. This allows all campers to be exposed to a great diversity of perspectives as well as network across boundaries as they collaborate intimately in their bands. We hope these connections and experiences will influence the way they live in and contribute to the world!

The fundraiser will feature performances by:
Mother Falcon, non-profit All Rhythms, Jackie Venson and Sometimes a Legend.

There will be a suggested donation of $10 at the door, and the event will feature a raffle, t-shirt printing, a silent auction, and cornhole!
