There's a new festival in town, LuluFest, that features bands led by women. Though primarily a jazz festival, the influences for this one-day event run deep into other genres. Dianne chats with pianist/composer and founder of the festival, Peggy Stern. Also, Clara Brill, violinist and program director of Mother Falcon Music Lab, joins Dianne in the studio. She lets us know about the MFML Summer Camp for kids, which will have two sessions (June 12-17 and June 19-24), and a special MFML Scholarship Fundraiser, June 3.
