Austin, TX – Charity Spike is one of Austin’s largest competitive volleyball tournaments and is centered around charity. The event is a competitive, coed 4’s volleyball tournament held at Zilker Park and Moontower Saloon.  The playoffs, award ceremony and after party will be held at Moontower Saloon starting at 3pm. Teams consist of recreational players looking for a fun day of volleyball and open level teams that never disappoint as they put on a show during the playoffs matches! With 160 of Austin’s elite volleyball players, and over 100 spectators, the top three teams choose which local charities receive the “Big Checks”. Charity Spike has donated over $13,000 to local charities since it’s inception in 2011. This is a professional grade tournament that combines competitive play with charitable giving, you will not be disappointed, the only question is… Who do YOU sweat for?
