If my card's expiration date has changed but my card number has not changed, why do I have to give KMFA my card number again?

KMFA adheres to all laws and regulations pertaining to its handling of donor credit and debit card account information. Payment Card Industry (PCI) regulations require that KMFA not store your actual credit card information on its computers, so when you provide your new expiration date we also need the card number.

I’m a KMFA Sustaining Member. What are my options for thank-you gifts?

As a Sustainer, you can request an annual thank-you gift just as you would if you were actively renewing your membership. You can see our current Thank You gifts here. Call (512) 476-5632 during business hours or send a message to membership@kmfa.org to order.

My KMFA renewal is not due for 3 months. If I renew now, will I lose weeks in my current membership year?

When you submit payment, your membership will be extended one year from the end of your current anniversary date. The early renewal notice offers some flexibility for contributors. Many people prefer to pay their membership as part of their monthly bills, so the early notice can easily be incorporated into their household budget planning.
