Need a soundtrack for your Halloween party or while you're handing out candy? KMFA has the spookiest line-up around. These special holiday shows feature a few tricks and treats from our talented producers.

1) Pianoforte - Saturday at 9 p.m.; Sunday at 5 p.m.

Pianoforte is getting into the Halloween spirit this week by featuring music from one of the most beautifully disturbing shows to grace the television screen, NBC’s Hannibal. This music sets the scene for of fiction’s most elegant and ruthless cannibal and killer, Dr. Hannibal Lecter.

2) Film Score Focus - Friday at 9 p.m.; Saturday at 5 p.m.

Film Score Focus annual Halloween show will not disappoint. Get creepy, crawly, spooky, shrieky, and frightfully scary with host Brian Satterwhite. Horror film music is on tap and all of it released on vinyl by local Austin soundtrack label, Mondo Records.

3) Workbench - October 31 beginning at 2 a.m.

In the dead of the night, in the midst of the witching hour, Jeffrey Blair gives you a "Soundtrack for the Zombie Apocalypse" featuring zombie-tastic pieces such as Maurice Ravel's "Pavane For A Dead Princess" and Strauss' "Death And Transfiguration."

4) Bewitching favorites throughout Friday and Saturday (Oct 30-31)

Music Director Chris Johnson weaves spooky favorites throughout the day on Friday and Saturday, including Leos Janacek, Suite from “From the House of the Dead;" Luigi Boccherini's Symphony “The House of the Devil;" Paganini's "The Witches," and so many more. Happy Halloween!
