About

The Brothers Grimm Fairy Tale
followed by the Festival Hill Open House

Performed by Carranza Puppets of Houston, "Hansel and Gretel" is based on the classic fairy tale by the Brothers Grimm published in 1812. Hansel and Gretel are a young brother and sister threatened by a witch living deep in the forest in a house constructed of cake and confectionery. The two children save their lives by outwitting her. The marionette show is sure to entertain the children while teaching important lessons including problem solving and the value of teamwork.

Following the concert, join fellow concertgoers for the annual Festival Hill Open House in the Victorian-style Menke House. Enjoy a variety of cookies, beverages and other festive Christmas treats and mingle with friends in the spirit of the season.

General seating. Tickets will be held at the will call table on the West side of the concert hall. Doors open 1 hour prior to the show. Tickets will also be available at the door.
