Today's program provides musical context for the Blanton Museum of Art's exhibit The Crusader Bible: A Gothic Masterpiece, on view through April 3. We'll hear music from the time of the crusades, with a special focus on music from the lifetime of King Louis IX, with performances by the Early Music Consort of London, the Hilliard Ensemble, and Ensemble Organum.
