Chorus Austin and Artistic Director Ryan Heller present Southwest Voices: She Sings, songs for female voices with messages of empowerment and inspiration. Special guests for this performance include Liz Cass and Carla McElhaney.

Chorus Austin exists to create a powerful community of artists that bring diverse, high-quality classical music to all of Austin. In all we do we strive be sophisticated, global, warm, welcoming and joyful.

  • Chorus  Austin is an award-winning symphonic ensemble specializing in large-scale masterworks with professional orchestras and soloists. The Symphonic Chorus, which includes up to 160 amateur and professional singers selected by audition, offers a cross-section of some of the best vocal talent and musical passion in Central Texas.

    Intimate sounds and exquisite blend mark our Chamber Ensemble. The carefully selected 32 member chamber chorus performs smaller choral works ranging in style from early Renaissance music to contemporary pieces, accompanied or a cappella.
