KMFA was included in the Austin Chronicle's end-of-year list of the "Top 10 Things to Happen to Classical Music in 2014." We are delighted to be included, along with such great company!

The list included many big events that happened in the Austin community in 2014, including the Menuhin Competition and the Fast Forward Festival. It also highlighted the accomplishments of some of our friends and partner organizations, like exciting changes at the Austin Opera, the new CD release of Austin Symphony, big performances at the Austin Chamber Music Festival, and the hybrid arts and music series SoundSpace at the Blanton Museum.
