About

In collaboration with the City of Austin’s Parks and Recreation Department: Museums and Cultural Programs Division, Color Arc Productions is proud to present People of Color (POC) Christmas, an original, comedic, contemporary Austin Holiday play written by award-winning Vietnamese American playwright Christine Hoang.

Set at an annual white elephant gift exchange party, POC Christmas is a comedy that explores family, love, and relationships in ways that universal audiences will find fun, hilarious, and engaging. Through catchy a cappella tunes and tacky Christmas sweaters, discover the heartfelt stories these friends reveal and the white elephant re-gifts they will steal.

Seven FREE performances are scheduled from December 1 to 16. This production runs approximately 1.5 hours and will be free of charge. The play contains adult conversations suitable for teenagers and up.

Online RSVP tickets available beginning on October 31 at 10:00am and end December 1 at 12:00pm. Any waitlists, available spots and door tickets will be available at venue once doors open.

DOORS OPEN @ 7:00pm. Please arrive for seating by 7:45pm, waitlist and any available seats left will be distributed beginning at 7:45pm.
