Join us for an exclusive solo piano performance by the International Jazz Sensation, Hiromi. Hailed by The New York Times as “One of jazz piano’s most brazenly virtuosic players,” Hiromi will be taking center stage at the Parker Jazz Club for one night only.

To create a once-in-a-lifetime event with an unparalleled multi-sensory experience, we have partnered with Chef Michael Che (https://www.tsukeedo.com/) and Japanese whisky expert Ioanna Morelli (https://www.gyubar.com/).

The evening is co-sponsored by Suntory and Hakkaisan and will feature their whisky and sake.

Chef Michael Che of Tsuke Edomae carries on a distinguished tradition of Edomae sushi, following in the footsteps of his mentors, Master Otto Phan of Kyoten (Chicago, IL) and Master Hiroyuki Sato of Hakkoku (Ginza, Tokyo). He sources his fish directly from one of the best fish markets in the world (Toyosu Fish Market, Tokyo). Music has inspired Tsuke Edomae’s philosophy, and Chef Mike is honored to provide nourishment for the guests.
