COME TO THE CABARET!
JUNE 1, 8:00 P.M. | JUNE 2, 5:00 P.M. | DISTRIBUTION HALL
Chorus Austin concludes our 59th season with our annual Pops Concert: Come to the Cabaret! From the romantic to the ridiculous, wistful to witty, and haunting to hilarious, this casual performance is not to be missed! This fun-filled evening will include familiar standards like “Let’s Do It,” “La Vie en Rose,” and of course “Cabaret,” as well as songs from Broadway to pop, and contemporary songwriters Ricky Ian Gordon and Jason Robert Brown.
In addition to acts presented by Chorus Austin singers, we are thrilled to welcome Austin’s own drag icon Aria Rey! This fantastic performer brings a variety of genres and styles to the stage…from the great American songbook, to opera, to R&B, you won’t want to miss this unique opportunity to experience Aria live, and up close!
Arrive early to have a drink before the show starts and visit with friends.
