Our favorite summer family event Bubblepalooza! returns for its fifth year! Everyone is invited to our City Terrace and front lawn for our free annual celebration of open play, and to enjoy live music, chalk art, trailer food—and of course, tons of bubbles! Activities include live music from the high-energy traditional African music group Kupira Marimba, from teachers-turned-band-members of Biscuit Brothers, and from Big Don, who presents hip hop for kids. The live music for this event draws from local talent here in Austin. Activities will also include: theatre for the very young (0-4 years) presented by Pollyanna Theatre Company; Food Trucks, Arts & Crafts tent, local vendors, a Coloring Corner, face painting, plus ticket giveaways throughout the day! This event is scheduled to happen rain or shine. Bubblepalooza is a free community event generously supported by HEB, United Heritage Credit Union, ST. David’s Healthcare, and Do512 Family.
