CELEBRATING AUSTIN WOMEN IN JAZZ 2024

The Women in Jazz Association, Inc. presents Celebrating Austin Women in Jazz 2024. The all female jazz concert features Pamela Hart and Cicely Jones on vocals, Peggy Stern on piano, Jessica Valls on bass, Karrie Sheeha on drums, and Lauri Mordecai on percussion.

Be prepared for a variety of hip jazz beats from upbeat swing to jazz ballads in a variety of textures and styles. Join us in keeping jazz alive in Austin.

Women in Jazz Association, Inc. was founded by Pamela and Kevin Hart to provide Women in Jazz Concert Series and Vocal Performance Workshops for performance opportunities and experiences of professional and amateur jazz vocalists in the Austin metropolitan area. Women in Jazz Association, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization.  The Board of Directors currently consists of Betty Adams, Kevin Hart, Pamela Hart, Tommy Johnson, Anitra Jones, Dwayne Jones, and Charelesa Russell.
